Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from Keep Going Design Co. If you experience an issue, we are here to help.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Change of mind

However, we will replace or refund items that arrive:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

Misprinted


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

We will replace it at no cost to you.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase due to automatic production workflows.


Returns

Because each product is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing/manufacturing error.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

A replacement is not available

A product arrives damaged or defective

We are unable to fulfill your order

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank or credit account
